| The fact that your 2 posts have gotten over 1000 combined hits means absolutely nothing for several reasons: 1) As Marshall said, a LOT of the hits came from people wanting to know why you were having your ass handed to you. Any post with a long list of replies will get a lot of hits, period. 2) I don't care how many vendors and fabricators see the posts. The car is 13 years old. What makes you think that if they haven't come out with an SC kit in the past 13 years, that they will want to do it now? Certainly, Mr's Graduate Student, you can see the ubsurdity of that from a business standpoint. 3)Everyone loves to laugh at the dumb guy who doesn't know he's dumb.
Do what you wat to do as far as supporting the effort. Go out there and turn a wrench if you can, bring the boys coffee to keep them awake, change the radio station for them, be the beer bitch. Whatever you want to do, do it. But don't bring your crusade here and expect a mass following to flock behind you. Most people here are results driven. Talk is cheap.
